USD 234 COVID-19 Student Checklist

Please review the checklist below each day before sending your child to school.  If your child has a fever or two or more of these symptoms, DO NOT send him/her to school. We recommend contacting your healthcare provider for further guidance.

Fever 100.0℉ or greater***

New Cough

Difficulty Breathing/Shortness of Breath

Loss of Taste/Smell

Headache

Sore Throat

Muscle/Body Aches

Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea

Congestion/Runny nose

***Any student with a temperature of 100.0℉ or greater cannot attend school and should not return until he/she has been fever free without fever-reducing medication for 72 hours.  Students returning after a fever will have their temperature checked twice on the day they return to school.
