Jacob's Background-
"I Born and raised in Fort Scott. I went to Fort Scott High School from 2010-2014 where I was a part of the football, wrestling, and baseball teams. Graduated from high school in 2014 and went to Pitt State University to get my degree in Business. After graduating college, I worked as an accountant for three years before switching to teaching and coaching at Chanute. I have been at Chanute for the last three years teaching business and math. "

"Son of Billy and Christi Durossette. I have a brother Josh and sister in law Tab. I am married to Kinsley Durossette."
What do you hope to bring to this position and what are you most eager for?
"I'm ready to bring my energy and passion of helping students to be successful and valuable parts of society to the district. I want students to love coming to school and practice every day. I enjoy making a difference in a students life and making the connections with students. Helping students be successful at their various activities in the classroom and competitions is what makes me loving going to work everyday."
