FREE PHYSICALS!
Girard Medical Center of Fort Scott is offering Tiger Students FREE physicals this summer
at the GMC clinic in Fort Scott, 1624 S. National Avenue! Dates and times are listed below.
Parents and students will need to complete the questions and submit all signatures
on the KSHSAA physical and concussion forms
BEFORE the day of the physical.

Monday, June 16th: 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 1st: 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Tuesday, July 8th, 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
