FORT SCOTT HIGH SCHOOL

Earlier this month the FSHS AP Modern World History students took a field trip to the World War I museum in Kansas City. They learned about the war from the perspectives of many different countries including the United States. Additionally, they toured model trenches of French, British, and German armies and were able to go up into the Memorial Tower.

FSHS Baseball is back at home tonight vs. Labette County in SEK League action. 4:30 start at LaRoche Baseball Complex. Varsity will play first followed by JV. Admission at LaRoche Complex is $5 for adults and students. Go Tigers!!!

FSHS Softball is at home today in a SEK League matchup with Labette County. 4:30 start at Fort Scott Community College. Varsity game first followed by JV. Go Tigers!!!

Join us for a night of laughter at the Spring Improv Comedy Show this Friday at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium. It is performed by the FSHS Improv Troupe "Scripted" with suggestions given by YOU in the audience. Admission is a free will donation.

FSHS Baseball and Softball will head to Independence tonight for key SEK Varsity doubleheaders at 4:30. Games will be played at Central Park Sports Complex in Independence, 910 North Park Blvd. The Softball field is on the West side of the street, while Baseball is on the East side. Go Tigers!!!

Good luck to the FSHS Girls Swim Team as they compete today at the Turner Swim Meet! 4:00 start from Turner High School. Go Tigers!!!

Good luck to the FSHS Track team as they travel to the Columbus Varsity Track Meet today. Field events begin at 1:30, followed by running events at 2:30. The track meet is held at Central Junior High in Columbus, 810 S. High School Avenue. Go Tigers!!!

Congratulations to the FSHS Boys Golf team on finishing in 1st place in the team standings at the Fort Scott Varsity Golf Tournament yesterday! We also had three individual medalists: Caleb Hall-7th, Teegan Stiles-4th, and Reece Roberts finished in 1st place!

Lady Tiger Softball is at home tonight for a single Varsity game vs. St. Mary's Colgan. Game time is 5:30 at Fort Scott Community College. Go Tigers!!!

The FSHS Boys Tennis team will host the Fort Scott JV Invitational at 1:00 today. They will be playing at the High School courts and the Woodland Hills courts. Go Tigers!!!

The FSHS Boys Golf team will host the Fort Scott Varsity Invitational today at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Fort Scott. Play begins at 1:00 and you can follow live scoring updates at highschoolgolfscores.com. Go Tigers!!!

Senior Class Meeting: Tuesday April 21st during AM Tiger Time
- We will go over all the information regarding graduation and hand out Cap and Gowns and have Honorary Diplomas for you!

Senior End of Year Calendar
-I have attached the end of year calendar for you. This has information regarding your last week of school.

Senior Signing Day- April 30th
-Signing day is casual here and we want all to participate! This does not interfere with any athletic signing. We have a banner made for you all to sign and put your future plans on it. We will take a group photo in the courtyard and take a photo in the courtyard.
-Wear a college or career shirt related to what you have decided for your future (Ex: KU Shirt, FSCC Shirt, Music related shirt, employer shirt, etc)

FSCC Enrollment Day April 29th 11:15am
Any Senior planning on attending FSCC next year needs to sign up for this date!! You will be able to select classes for the fall! If you are an athlete or signing with music or anything else, you especially need to attend. Please email me so I can put you on a list.

There are a couple of changes to the schedule for FSHS Baseball and Softball when they travel to Parsons Tuesday April 14th:
Softball - the JV game will be played first at 4:30, followed by the Varsity game.
Baseball - there will just be one Varsity game at 4:30. No JV game.
