Keep your family healthy this winter by keeping up to date with your vaccines! CHC is hosting a Family Flu Vaccine Clinic at the Fort Scott Early Childhood Center, 409 S. Judson, tomorrow from Noon - 4 PM.
This week some of our staff traveled to the Wellness for Educators Institute. This training is geared toward staff participating in an active process toward achieving a positive state of good health and well-being. They will bring this information back and share with the rest of our staff.

National School Bus Safety Week is October 17-21st and October 19th is School Transportation Appreciation Day! We appreciate our drivers and transportation department making sure our kids get to school throughout the year. Give a BIG thank you to our drivers if you see them around town this week!

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Next week our Pre-K to 5th graders can help raise awareness by taking part in Bullying Prevention Spirit Week which will run October 24-28th.

The FSHS Scholars' Bowl team is needing volunteers to help with our Scholars' Bowl Tournament on November 15th, 2022. We need Judges, Moderators, and help with the hospitality. The time commitment is from approximately 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. This is a fun time to see kids excelling in academics and no experience is needed.
