
Activities at Fort Scott High School for the week of September 16th


Here are some changes to the Freshmen and JV Football schedules. All other dates and times on the original schedule remain the same. The updated schedule can be found on the FSHS website.


The 1-0 Fort Scott Tigers travel to Parsons tonight to take on the Vikings. Kickoff at 7 pm at Marvel Park in Parsons, 800 E. Main St. Fort Scott fans attending are asked to sit on the North section of the stadium and are also invited to participate in the "Green Out" in honor of former Viking JahMarcus Washington who passed away last Summer. If you cannot attend you can listen live on 103.9, or watch on the 103.9 YouTube channel. Go Tigers!!!


FSHS Cross Country is at home today for the Fort Scott Invitational. Middle School races start at 3:00, followed by JV Girls at 4:00, JV Boys at 4:30, V Girls at 5:00 and V Boys at 5:30. Course located north of Professional Bldg., across from Golf Course. Go Tigers!!!


Girls Golf is at Pittsburg today at Crestwood Country Club. 1:00 start and you can follow live score updates at kansasgolfscores.com. Go Tigers!!!


Tiger Soccer at home today vs. Pittsburg at Ellis Park. 4:30 start, Varsity first followed by JV. Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for students. Go Tigers!!!


Good luck to FSHS Lady Tennis as they travel to Independence today! 3:00 start. Go Tigers!!!


FSHS Volleyball tonight at home vs. Baxter Springs. Freshmen start at 4:30, followed by JV at 5:30 and Varsity around 6:30. All three matches will be on the South court in the FSHS Main Gym. If you can't make it you can watch on DuckBait TV on YouTube or on the FSHS YouTube channel. Go Tigers!!!


Tiger Soccer travels to Chanute today for a SEK League game vs. the Blue Comets. JV starts at 4:30 followed by Varsity. Go Tigers!!!


Lady Tiger Golf is hosting their home tournament at Woodland Hills Golf Course today. Tee time is 1:00. Go Tigers!!!

Volleyball Jamboree tonight at Pittsburg starting at 5:00. Lady Tiger Varsity will scrimmage Pittsburg, Colgan, and Frontenac. Free admission. Go Tigers!!!


SCHEDULE UPDATES:
Varsity Girls Tennis scheduled at Parsons today has been postponed and will be made up on Wednesday, September 4th at 3:00.
Varsity Girls Golf scheduled at Hesston today was moved to a 10 am start time.

Tiger Football will participate in the Louisburg Jamboree Friday, August 30th at 7:00. The Tigers will scrimmage Louisburg and Washburn Rural at Wildcat Stadium. Varsity will be on South end, Freshmen will be on North end and JV will be on both. No admission but fans are asked to bring a Gatorade as a donation. Go Tigers!!!


FSHS Volleyball will be at the Pre-season Jamboree at Pittsburg High School Thursday August 29th. Varsity only. The Lady Tigers will scrimmage Pittsburg at 5, Colgan at 5:45, and Frontenac at 6:30. No admission charge. Go Tigers!!!


FSHS Tiger Soccer will be at the Pre-Season Jamboree at Independence Tuesday August 27th. The Tigers will scrimmage Indy at 6 and Parsons at 6:50 at Shulthis Stadium, 1500 N. 5th St. in Independence. Fans enter the SW corner of the stadium. Admission is a water/Gatorade donation that will go directly to our team. Go Tigers!!!
