The Fort Scott High School Booster Club will hold a meeting Tuesday, June 18th at 5:30 in the FSHS Commons. Any parent of a FSHS student next year that plans to be involved in athletics is invited to attend. Plans will be made to get things started for the 2024-25 school year.

Congratulations to FSHS Sophomore Outfielder Abbie Gorman on being named to the 4A All-State Softball team by the Kansas Softball Coaches Association!


Summer Conditioning at Fort Scott High School will begin Monday June 3rd. Boys session will be from 6:30 - 8:15 am, and the girls session (led by Allie Gorman) will be from 8:30 - 9:45 am. Conditioning will be held Monday - Thursday throughout the Summer. All incoming and returning athletes are encouraged to attend to help prepare for the 2024-25 sports seasons. Go Tigers!!!


Congratulations to the FSHS Girls Swim team for having four swimmers named to the All - Interleague team at the league swim meet in Osawatomie earlier this month! Avery Stewart, Kate Williams, and Joy Self were named 1st team selections and Annelise Hall was named 2nd team!


Three Fort Scott Tiger Baseball players have been named to the 4A All-State Baseball team by the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches. Dub Chipman received 1st team honors as a pitcher, Spencer Goldston was a 2nd team outfield selection, and Rocco Loffredo was chosen as Honorable Mention utility player. Congratulations to all three on outstanding seasons!


Congratulations to Fort Scott High School Baseball Coach Josh Regan on being named SEK Co-Coach of the Year for the 2024 season! He shares the honor with Eric Miller from Pittsburg. The Tigers finished the season 19-8 and were SEK Champions!


Congratulations to Fort Scott High School Softball Coach Danny Renfro on being named the SEK Coach of the Year for the 2024 season! The Lady Tigers finished the season 20-6 and were SEK and Regional Champions!

FSHS Summer Volleyball practice begins Tuesday morning at 10 am in the FSHS Main Gym. For all girls entering grades 9-12 that are planning to play Volleyball this year.
Frontenac Summer League, for incoming Juniors and Seniors, begins on Monday June 3rd at 3 pm. Those planning to attend need to bring their registration fee and sign up sheet to practice tomorrow.

State Send-Off for the FSHS Girls Track team Thursday at 9:40 at FSHS. The team will leave at 10:00 am and head down National to Wall Street. The community is invited to come out and cheer on the Lady Tiger Track team on their way to Wichita and the State Track Meet!


The KSHSAA State Track Meet begins Friday at 7:45 am at Wichita State University. Fort Scott qualified six girls to compete: Kylie Comstock - High Jump; Keegan Yarick - 800; Jocelyn Fess, Jill Belcher, Mesa Casper, and Keegan Yarick - 4x800; Jocelyn Fess, Kylee Comstock, Sydney Pruitt, and Keegan Yarick - 4x400. For spectators attending there is information located on the KSHSAA website. For those not attending you can watch the entire track meet on the NFHS Network at www.nfhsnetwork.com (subscription required). Go Tigers!!!

Fan information for the 4A State Softball Tournament this Thursday and Friday in Salina. Fort Scott will play Towanda-Circle at 1:00 on Thursday at Salina South High School. Admission is $10 and digital ticket info is available on the KSHSAA website. If you can't make it to Salina you can listen on KOMB 103.9, and you can also watch the livestream on Fort Scott TV. The FSHS Boys Golf Team will be competing at the 4A State Tournament at Turkey Creek Golf Course in McPherson on Monday and Tuesday. Play begins Monday at 9 am.
Fort Scott will begin their tee times at 10 am: Teegan Stiles 10 am; Reegan McDaniel 10:10; Colson Gulager 10:20; Sutton Horn 10:30; Caleb Hall 10:40; and Reece Roberts at 10:50. You can follow live scoring updates all tournament long at kansasgolfscores.com.
